The Sierra Nevada Regional Department of Child Support Services (SNRDCSS) is excited to announce an opportunity to join our leadership team as a Human Services Supervisor.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Plans, assigns, supervises, and reviews the work of a unit of employees in the establishment and enforcement of child support orders.
• Holds individual and group conferences to discuss or interpret rules, regulations, and policies.
•  Collaborates with staff to identify and resolve discrepancies in the system. 
• Using reports and data tools such as Tableau, analyzes individual and team performance, identifying areas for development and implementing strategies to improve outcomes. 
• Determines when training or oversight is needed and provides appropriate training and guidance.
