Career Executive Assignment (CEA), Level A
The Regional Administrator acts as a liaison between the state DCSS and local (county run) child support agencies within their assigned region of California. Success in this role is driven by one’s ability to build and manage relationships, communicate effectively, provide policy direction, conduct compliance reviews, find innovative solutions, hold themselves and others accountable, and work well as a member of the team. The position serves as a member of the department’s Executive Team and may lead special projects or supervise a small team of professional staff.
