Meo’shay Glasby is a Division Administrator who has worked for the Department for 30 years. She has held quite a few positions starting with clerical, Child Support Officer, Supervising Child Support Officer, and Head Child Support Officer.

Her vast experience covers the entire child support spectrum starting from case opening, establishing paternity, enforcing court orders, Debt Reduction and Customer Experience.

Currently, she works as the Division Administrator of the South Los Angeles office, and Magnolia Place, overseeing the day-to-day operations, budget, personnel, and facilities for over 131 staff. In her role, she establishes goals and benchmarks relating to performance for her division that coincide with the goals and benchmarks for the department within the Federal Fiscal Year. Her spectrum, wide, and incorporates a caseload of over 41,000 cases, 12 case management teams, 1 clerical team, reception, mailroom staff, Legal office support and a dynamic Administration team comprised of Program Managers and a Secretary.

In her short tenure, she has been certified by the State of California as a trainer for Child Support Services, completed the Management Development and Executive Leadership Development programs, and was the recipient of the Director’s Honor Roll for outstanding contributions to the department in the area of Establishment.
