MEMBER PRICING IS AVAILABLE TO CSDA MEMBERS WHO ARE EMPLOYEES OF LOCAL CHILD SUPPORT AGENCIES THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA.

CSDA Members are only able to purchase one (1) copy of the digital version of the Sourcebook as our system assigns a copy to the member's personal CSDA Info Hub account. If there are multiple individuals within your LCSA that would like access to the digital version, each will need to log in with their credentials and make a purchase.

Sales Tax Notice

We collect and remit sales tax based on the local rate where our business is located. If your place of residence/business has a higher sales tax rate, you may be responsible for tracking and remitting the difference to your local tax authority. We recommend checking your local tax requirements to ensure you remain in compliance.

Refund Policy:

If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with a tangible product purchased through CSDA, the product(s) may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are generally provided in the same manner as the original purchase. Check and cash payments are refunded via a check, and credit card payments are refunded to the same card. If a credit card account has been closed prior to a refund, a check will be issued. Exceptions to this policy can be made at the discretion of the Executive Director. Customers are responsible for shipping returned products back to CSDA, and any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
