Paul is a Data Analyst at the California Department of Child Support Services (DCSS), with over a decade of experience in data analytics and performance evaluation. Since joining DCSS in 2014, he has contributed to various data-driven initiatives, beginning with the Data Performance Analysis Branch in the Data Analytics Unit.

Currently, he is a member of the Research and Data Analytics Unit (RADAR), where he has been involved since its inception. As an early adopter of Tableau within DCSS, he works in developing data visualizations and dashboards that support program operations and decision-making. his expertise lies in fulfilling data requests, developing dashboards, and leveraging analytics to drive program insights and improvements.

Dave Gravender - Business Systems Analyst

Dave Gravender is a Business Systems Analyst currently working for San Luis Obispo Child Support Services. With over 30 years of IT experience in the field of data analysis and management, he has become an expert in leveraging data to drive decision-making and improve business operations.
